Puerto Rico has many beautiful beaches, but one of my favorites to bring visitors to is Seven Seas Beach on the island’s east coast near Fajardo because it's safe to swim.
Unlike other beaches on the island, where swimming is more dangerous, Seven Seas Beach has safe, serene waters to enter and enjoy.
Seven Seas is known for its calm water, soft sand, and incredible views out toward the small islands just offshore. It’s a place that locals enjoy and a great spot if you want to spend time relaxing by the Caribbean Sea.
We’ll take a scenic drive across the island to reach the beach, and along the way, I’ll share some of the history and stories that make Puerto Rico such a special place.
Once we arrive, you’ll have time to enjoy the beach however you like. You can swim in the clear water, relax in the shade of the palm trees, walk along the shoreline, or simply sit back and enjoy the view.
Because this area is close to some of Puerto Rico’s small offshore islands, the scenery is especially beautiful — it’s one of those places that reminds you why people fall in love with the Caribbean.
After spending time at the beach, we’ll stop at a local spot for lunch or refreshments before heading back toward San Juan.
It’s a relaxed day and a great way to enjoy one of Puerto Rico’s most beautiful beaches.
